CAMTOP’s BOP control systems (accumulator units) are manufactured to API 16D standards and deliver reliable hydraulic power for operating blowout preventers on all rig types. Our systems range from compact skid-mounted units for land drilling to full offshore accumulator panels.Standard configurations include 21-gallon and 40-gallon accumulator bottles at 3,000 psi pre-charge, Koomey-type electric-hydraulic control panels, remote panels (driller’s console and toolpusher’s console), auto-fill circuits, and solenoid valve manifolds. Working fluid volume, pump capacity and accumulator sizing are engineered to API 16D closing time requirements (<30 seconds for ram BOPs).All CAMTOP BOP control units undergo full functional testing before shipment, including hydrostatic pressure test, accumulator pre-charge verification and solenoid valve cycle testing. Spare parts kits and on-site commissioning support are available.
