Product Overview
CAMTOP Wireline BOP Configuration Control Valve is a wellhead pressure control device installed between the lubricator and the Christmas tree or wellhead. It is one of the critical well-control safety devices used to seal, control, and monitor oil and gas wells during wireline operations, preventing blowouts or uncontrolled release of well fluids.
The valve body is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and incorporates RAM bodies with internal seals that close around the wire or cable. Once the RAMs are closed, well pressure is contained below the valve while pressure above can be safely bled off. Equalizing valves are fitted to the main body to allow pressure equalization between the lubricator and the well before resuming normal operations.
