Product Overview
The CAMTOP OMNI Multi-Cycle Circulating Valve is a full-opening, annulus pressure-operated reclosable circulating valve which can be opened and closed many times. Also known as the OMNI circulating valve in Halliburton type nomenclature.
The multi-cycle circulating valve is operated by repeatedly cycling the annulus pressure up to a predetermined value and then releasing this pressure. Each pressure cycle shifts the valve to the next position (open/close), allowing multiple circulation operations during a single trip.
The OMNI valve can be applied for full-opening formation testing in cased holes, oil tube tradition perforation, tube string testing, and cycle operation in the conjunction of perforation and full-opening formation testing. It makes the test program simpler and greatly reduces the reconnoitering cost.
