The CAMTOP 15D Single Backup for RS or 4500/5500/5600 tubing tongs works with a new pattern of open-type hydraulic power tong, manufactured using advanced technology from the USA and co-produced with an American company.
It adopts advanced tubing clamping technology and a special transmission system, and is the safe, convenient and effective tong for making-up and breaking-out of tubings of different given specifications. All these features make it an ideal tool for making up and breaking out common tubings in oil field work.

- Double-speed-shift design makes possible safe making up and breaking out of tubings.
- Gear reduction system consists of a planetary type gearbox which has the advantages of light weight, small volume, high ratio and high efficiency.
- Self-lock safety guard door — when it opens, it can lock the manual valve handle automatically; when it shuts, it can break away the lock situation, which assures operator safety at work.
- Quick shift between make-up and break-out — exchange the position of the jaw assembly and bushing assembly, and prompt shift between making up and breaking out can be realized.
- Flexible size range — changing the jaw and bushing assembly for different specifications will meet the needs of making up and breaking out in a given range.
- Open-type design for fast, convenient operation and easy maintenance on the rig floor.
