CAMTOP’s API 6A gate valves provide reliable on/off shut-off for wellhead, Christmas tree and flowline applications. Available in slab and expanding gate designs with working pressures from 2,000 to 20,000 psi and bore sizes from 1-13/16" to 7-1/16".Material classes cover AA through HH (carbon steel to duplex stainless steel), with full NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156 compliance available for sour service (H2S) environments. Valve trim options include SS 316, Inconel 625 and 17-4 PH for corrosive service. End connections include ring joint flanges (RTJ) and studded connections to API 6BX specifications.CAMTOP gate valves carry API 6A monogram certification and are tested to API 6A PR2 performance requirements. Fire-safe design to API 6FA is standard on 5,000 psi and above. Manual handwheel, gear operator and hydraulic/pneumatic actuator configurations are available.
