Product Overview
CAMTOP Model FC Gate Valve is a lineup of full-bore gate valves engineered and manufactured to meet API 6A requirements for wellhead, flowline and manifold service. The FC series delivers reliable, bidirectional sealing across wellbore/flowline pressures from 3,000 PSI up to 15,000 PSI, making it suitable for a broad range of onshore and offshore production applications.
All CAMTOP Model FC gate valves feature a through-conduit, full-opening bore that allows downhole tools to pass through the wellhead while minimizing turbulent flow. The slab-gate, metal-to-metal seal design is pressure-energized for dependable performance under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
The design commonality across the FC lineup provides a high percentage of parts interchangeability, simplifying fleet management, reducing spare-part inventory, and optimizing lifecycle maintenance.

Structural Components
CAMTOP Model FC Gate Valve is a bolted-bonnet, flanged-end valve consisting of the following main components: body, bonnet, gate, seat, slab gate assembly, stem, stem packing, packing gland, stem adapter, handwheel, retainer plate, shear pin, thrust bearings, bearing grease fitting, bonnet seal ring, studs & nuts, bushing, body lubrication fitting, and name plate. The valve bonnet is equipped with grease ports and fittings for bearing lubrication.
