Description
The CAMTOP Triplex Pump Fluid End Assembly is a heavy-duty, three-cylinder reciprocating fluid-end module engineered for oil & gas well service applications including cementing, acidizing, fracturing and well-servicing mud circulation. The bolt-on fluid-end design accepts forged fluid-end bodies, plunger packing assemblies and the industry’s most field-serviceable valve cover geometry, allowing operators to swap suction and delivery valve kits without disturbing the manifold or crankshaft alignment.
This fluid end converts the rotary motion of the pump’s power end (crankshaft, connecting rods, crossheads) into reciprocating linear motion through three plungers, charging the suction manifold on each intake stroke and discharging pressurized fluid through the delivery manifold on each compression stroke. The CAMTOP design consolidates the Suction Manifold, Delivery Manifold Assembly, three Fluid-End Bodies, three Suction-Valve Supports and three Valve Cover Assemblies into a single, fully interchangeable skid module that can be lifted, transported and replaced as a complete unit — a major advantage during remote operations where downtime is measured in thousands of dollars per hour.
