Description
The API 6A Demco DM Mud Gate Valves or Mud Valves are engineered for the rigorous requirements of abrasive and erosive service conditions in oilfield applications, such as mud, cement, fracturing and water service. The DM Mud Gate Valves are mainly offered in 4 types of end connections: the Butt Welded connection, the Threaded connection, the Hammer Union connection, and the Flanged connection. The hammer union ends mud gate valves are mainly used for drilling mud circulating system in oil field, it is used to control the flowing and stopping of mud. The hammer union ends mud gate valve seat and gate are sealed by means of parallelled Metal to Metal Sealing. Mud Valves end connections vary by sizes and pressure ratings based on concrete oilfield application requirements.
Our API-6A DM Mud Gate Valves are available in sizes 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″ x 4″ and 6″ x 4″ and pressure ratings at 2000PSI, 3000PSI, 5000PSI, and 7500 PSI. The valves can be hard seal or soft seal. All of our DM Mud Gate Valves are strictly designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with API-6A standards. They are suitable for both standard and H2S service. DM mud gate valve repair kits can also be supplied.
