Description

The Camtop BOP Test Plug Casing Seal Assembly provides a positive seal below the BOP stack, enabling full-pressure testing of BOP rams, annular preventers, and wellhead seals without a rig on location. Designed for use with standard API casing sizes from 4-1/2 inch OD to 20 inch OD, with working pressure ratings up to 15,000 psi. The plug body is machined from AISI 4130 alloy steel with HNBR or AFLAS elastomer seals rated for H2S and CO2 service. Quick-set and release mechanism allows single-man deployment. Includes a central test port for applying test pressure from below the BOP stack. Supplied with full material certificates, dimensional inspection report, and hydrostatic test documentation. NACE MR0175 material qualification available. Custom sizes for non-standard casing OD available upon request.
