Nitrogen charging car
Mobile nitrogen charging cart which is a specially nitrogen charging equipment, normally services pre-charging & pressurize to accumulator (such as hydraulic bladder accumulator, piston accumulator, diaphragm accumulator). The maximum working pressure is 35MPa.
The principle of operation
Mobile nitrogen charging cart is composed of hydraulic, pneumatic and electric devices. As the pressure fluid enter into the pressurizing unit(piston accumulator) via the direction change valve, the fluid pushes the piston moving up and down, so the nitrogen that have entered the upper chamber (or down chamber) is be compressed and the pressure is ascending while the piston moved up (or down). And the compressed nitrogen with higher pressure enters into accumulator (or high pressure vessel) via the check valve. The piston moves up and down till the accumulator nitrogen pressure is equal to the rated pre-charge pressure.
