CAMTOP supplies hose hydrostatic test equipment and pressure test packages for testing high-pressure drilling hoses, rotary hoses, kelly hoses, choke lines, kill lines and wellsite manifold assemblies. Our systems are designed to meet API 7K, API 16C and ASME pressure test requirements.Test packages include hydrostatic hand pumps, air-over-hydraulic pumps, electric-driven high-pressure test units, test manifolds with pressure gauges and relief valves, hose test end plugs and adapters (hammer union, flanged, threaded), and pressure chart recorders or digital data loggers. Maximum test pressures range from 10,000 to 22,500 psi depending on configuration.CAMTOP provides complete test packages for rig acceptance testing, re-certification and routine maintenance programs. Test procedures, calibration records and pressure charts are provided for each test. Custom adapter sets for specific hose end fittings and manifold connections are manufactured on request.
