Description

The Camtop BOP Test Stump with Flange Connection provides a rigid, pressure-rated fixture for surface pressure testing of blowout preventer stacks before installation on the wellhead. Available in standard API flange sizes from 13-5/8 inch to 21-1/4 inch bore, with working pressure ratings of 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 15,000 psi. Manufactured from AISI 4130 alloy steel, heat treated to API 6A and API 16A material requirements. Each stump includes a test port, gauge connection, and vent valve. Full material traceability, mill certificates, and hydrostatic test records are supplied with each unit. Custom flange dimensions, non-standard bore sizes, and NACE MR0175 material qualification for H2S service are available. Suitable for onshore and offshore well control operations.
