Description

Working principle-Check valve is used to prevent  pressure  liquid  from flowing backward.It lets the liquid flow just in one way

Function

Because  pneumatic  pumps  can  not  hold  pressure effectively,check  valves  are  installed  in  outlets  of  rough pump  and  sub-level  pump.The  working  pressure  of  the 1″ stainless    steel valve can reach 200MPa(29000PSI),which can protect the  pumps  from damage.

Maintenance and trouble shooting

When  check  valve  can  notwork  in  good  condition,usually,it is wrong with valve seat or valve ball.Check and replace as follows:

1)Remote  the  valve   cap   and   get  valve   seat,and check whether they are in good condition,if it is damaged,it should be replaced.

2)Sometime,it  is  a  better  way  to  change  the  valve assembly because it is not needed to repair
