CAMTOP supplies back pressure valves (BPV) and float valves for drill string pressure control operations. Our BPVs are designed to API 16A and OEM specifications for use in annular and ram BOP assemblies, and as standalone drill string floats for cementing operations.Back pressure valve types include: poppet-type spring-loaded BPVs, sleeve-type drill string float valves, snap-latch BPVs for quick installation, and full-bore float valves for cementing applications. All valves are rated for working pressures from 5,000 to 20,000 psi and are available in standard API 7-1 and premium thread connections.CAMTOP BPVs are manufactured from 4140 alloy steel with heat treatment, hardened poppet seats and high-durability spring materials for reliable closure at rated pressure. O-ring seal materials include NBR, HNBR and Viton for temperature service from -20?F to +350?F. Each valve is factory tested and shipped with a pressure test certificate.
